Karen Van Gilder, MS, 500-RYT, MBSR-QT

Karen has been on a mindfulness journey for over 20 years. She is drawn to practices that add to the richness of everyday experience and allow us to be present with what really is.

She received her 500-hour yoga teacher training at Kripalu and her MBSR training from Global Mindfulness Collective. She has been teaching and guiding yoga and meditation for 10 years.

Karen received her training in life at home with her three teenagers, two dogs, one cat, and a rabbit. She was formerly a national consultant on issues of small town planning and historic preservation with the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
